I'm way behind last year.... long run = 27.5 km road as opposed to a pair of 30 km races and a road run of similar distance, and only a single trail race this year (Montara CTR half-marathon). I may do the CTL Tilden Park event event next weekend if I can find a way out there. You won't regret S2S -- it's a great event!!! The point-to-point factor makes it the more epic. I live in SF and my training is strictly urban, albeit with lots of hills and scenery complements of GG Park and Ocean Beach/Crissy Field.
